We take real care over quality, and we hope you love what you bought. If you'd like to return or exchange an item, we're happy to help.

Please note ♥ Items can be exchanged or returned within 14 business days of the day you received your package, provided they are unworn and still have their original tag attached.
I'd like to return an item — what do I do?
You can return by courier for ILS 40, or bring the item to the studio by prior arrangement: HaTzorfim 33, Tel Aviv-Yafo.
Once the package is back with us we'll issue a refund, less shipping fees and less a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or ILS 100 — whichever is lower.
The return process takes up to 14 business days.
I'd like to exchange an item — what do I do?

Shipping
At checkout, please indicate the shipping option that best suits you:
Courier to your door: Free on purchases over 650 NIS. For purchases under 650 NIS, the cost is 40 NIS.
Self-pickup: HaTzorfim 33, Tel Aviv, by prior arrangement – 055-974-9399.
Pre-order items ship on the date shown on the product page.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Delivery is carried out by a courier company.
The shipment will arrive within up to 5 business days (excluding the day of collection, Fridays, Saturdays, and holidays).
The courier will contact you by phone to coordinate their arrival; it is highly recommended to be available after placing your order on the website.
Please note: During the periods leading up to Israeli holidays, during the holidays themselves, and during online shopping months (November and December), there may be delays in delivery times.

Made in Israel, in small runs, with local workshops we work with directly.
