Returns and exchanges

You may return or exchange an item within 14 days of the day your order arrives.

Items must be unworn and unwashed, in their original condition, with all tags still attached. Items that show signs of use cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. As permitted under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, a cancellation fee is deducted: 5% of the transaction value or ILS 100, whichever is lower. Shipping fees already paid are not refunded.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund is processed within  0559749399, business days. It may take a few additional days for the amount to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.

How to return an item

Email us at casadebasico@gmail.com before sending anything back, so we can confirm the return and give you the details.

Send the item by registered mail to: CASA DE BÁSICO, HaTzorfim 33, Tel Aviv.

Alternatively, we can arrange a courier collection from your address. An ILS 30 handling fee is deducted from your refund in that case.

Return shipping is at your expense unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days and we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Exceptions

Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
