Returns and Cancellations

1. Right of cancellation

You may cancel your purchase from the moment you place the order until 14 days from the day you receive the item, or from the day you receive the disclosure document — whichever is later.

2. Extended cancellation period

A person with a disability, a senior citizen (65+) or a new immigrant may cancel within four months of receiving the item, provided the transaction involved a conversation. We will ask to see the relevant certificate.

3. How to give notice

By WhatsApp to 055-974-9399 or by email to casadebasico@gmail.com. Please include your full name and order number. The date of your notice is the operative date.

4. Cancellation fee

We charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or ILS 100, whichever is lower. The delivery charge paid on the original order is not refunded.

5. Returning the item

Returning the item is your responsibility and at your expense. You can return by courier for ILS 40, paid separately and not deducted from your refund, or bring the item to the studio by prior arrangement.

6. Refund timing

Your refund is issued within 14 days of our receiving your cancellation notice, to the same payment method used for the purchase.

7. Damaged or incorrectly supplied items

No cancellation fee applies, the original delivery charge is refunded in full, and we cover the cost of returning the item to us.

8. Exchanges

Items can be exchanged within 14 business days of delivery, provided they are unworn and still have their original tag attached. Exchange by courier for ILS 40 or at the studio by prior arrangement. Exchange is an additional service we offer and does not affect your right of cancellation under clause 1.

9. Items that cannot be cancelled

Items made to your personal order.

10. General

Nothing in this policy derogates from your rights under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and its regulations. In any conflict, the law prevails.
