Where we ship

We currently ship within Israel only.

Shipping options and cost

• Courier to your door — ILS 40. Free on orders over ILS 650.
• Self-pickup — HaTzorfim 33, Tel Aviv. Free, by prior arrangement only.

Delivery times

Orders are dispatched within [מספר] business days of purchase. Delivery is then made within up to 5 business days, not counting the day of collection, Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays.

The courier will call you to arrange delivery, so please be reachable after placing your order.

Please note that during the periods before and during Israeli holidays, and during peak online shopping months, delivery may take longer.

Self-pickup

Pickup is by appointment only. After you place your order we will contact you to arrange a day and time, and you will receive a notification once your order is ready. Please do not come by before receiving it.

Pre-orders

Items marked as pre-order ship on the date shown on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the whole order ships together once the pre-order item is ready, unless you ask us otherwise.

Tracking

You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.

Delays outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company, by force majeure, by strikes or closures, or where the customer cannot be reached to arrange delivery.
