I'd like to return an item — what do I do?

You can return by courier for ILS 40, or bring the item to the studio by prior arrangement: HaTzorfim 33, Tel Aviv-Yafo.

Once the package is back with us we'll issue a refund, less shipping fees and less a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or ILS 100 — whichever is lower.

The return process takes up to 14 business days.

I'd like to exchange an item — what do I do?

You can exchange by courier for ILS 40, or at the studio by prior arrangement: HaTzorfim 33, Tel Aviv-Yafo.

Courier to your door — free over ILS 650, ILS 40 below that.

Delivery within up to 5 business days. The courier will call to coordinate.

Self-pickup from HaTzorfim 33, Tel Aviv — by prior arrangement, 055-974-9399.
