This site is operated by CASA DE BÁSICO, company number 311222640, of HaTzorfim 33, Tel Aviv. Browsing this site and purchasing from it are subject to the terms below, and constitute acceptance of them.

Eligibility to purchase

Purchasing is permitted to anyone aged 18 or over who holds a valid credit card or another supported payment method, and a delivery address within our delivery areas.

Products, prices and availability

Prices shown include VAT as required by law and do not include shipping unless stated otherwise. We may change prices and add or remove products at any time.

Product colours may appear slightly different across screens.

All items are subject to stock availability. If an item sells out after you place an order, we will contact you and offer an alternative, a credit, or cancellation with a full refund.

Pricing errors

In the event of a technical error or a typographical error in a price, we are not obliged to supply the product at the incorrect price. We will notify you, and you may choose between purchasing at the correct price and cancelling for a full refund.

Orders

An order confirmation is sent by email once your purchase is complete. The confirmation is not an undertaking that the item is in stock; the order becomes binding once it has been approved and shipped.

Pre-orders

Items marked as pre-order are not yet in stock. The dispatch date shown on the product page is an estimate. Payment is taken at the time of purchase. If a pre-ordered item is delayed significantly, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping policy. Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Return and refund policy. Both form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — images, text, designs, and the brand name — belongs to CASA DE BÁSICO and may not be copied, distributed, or used commercially without our written permission.

User content

If you send us photographs or other content, or tag us on social media, you confirm the content is yours and grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it for marketing purposes. We may remove content that is offensive or not relevant.

Warranty and limitation of liability

Products are sold subject to the description, fabric composition and images shown on the product page. We undertake that the product will be delivered complete, sound and free of manufacturing defects.

Use of the products is at the customer's sole responsibility. The Company and anyone acting on its behalf shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from use of the service and/or use of a product purchased on this site.

This includes, without limiting the generality of the foregoing: damage caused by failure to follow the washing and care instructions shown on the garment label and product page; ordinary wear and tear; changes in size, shade or texture resulting from washing or drying contrary to those instructions; and allergic reaction or skin sensitivity to the raw materials from which the garment is made.

Customers aware of a sensitivity to a particular material are asked to review the fabric composition on the product page before purchasing.

In any event, the Company's liability shall not exceed the amount of the order in respect of which the claim is made.

Nothing in this section derogates from consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, or any other mandatory law.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of Tel Aviv.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The binding version is the one published on this site at the time of purchase.
